Musically, ‘Diaspora Baby’ is a joyous fusion of afro-disco and electronic pop, driven by an infectious four-on-the-floor beat and a subtly funky bassline. African-inspired rhythms weave through the arrangement alongside vibrant keyboard textures, creating a warm, celebratory atmosphere. Estère’s vocals move effortlessly between hypnotic, serpentine rap flows and soulful, airy melodies, bringing both rhythmic energy and a beautiful lightness to the track. The production is colourful and inviting, balancing its dancefloor appeal with a distinctly personal touch.

There’s a wonderful sense of freedom running through ‘Diaspora Baby’, turning a deeply personal journey into a celebration of identity and connection. Rather than looking back with longing, Estère embraces everything that makes her who she is, proving that home is something you can carry wherever life takes you.
