The track is dreamy and motorik, lyrics about navigating one’s 20s conveyed through metaphors about the shore. “Over the fall, into the roots, we’re reaching down now / I won’t give up even if there’s nothing to find, we’re reaching,” front person Lena Farr Morrissey sings in the chorus. The song is as enveloping and mesmerizing as the natural formations that it draws from. It’s accompanied by an equally dreamy video directed by Nick Shively.

This also applies to appreciating the subtleties of an experience over material gain, which is something I’m always working on. The video is immersive and playful in a similar way, jumping back and forth between a day at the beach and a kaleidoscopic stage.”
