Italian modern metal act Secret Rule unveil their powerful new single ‘Silent Pain’, the third track taken from their upcoming tenth studio album X, due out on October 24 via Rockshots Records.

Following the energetic ‘Just a Sacrifice’ and the evocative ‘Echoes of the Earth’, ‘Silent Pain’ dives into the emotional terrain of hidden suffering. With haunting melodies, cinematic arrangements and raw, confessional lyrics, the song captures the invisible battles we fight behind closed doors—where pain is masked by silence and strength is found in vulnerability.

“‘Silent Pain’ is a song I deeply connect with—it’s about giving a voice to emotions we often keep buried. Singing it felt like releasing something I had been holding in for years”, shares vocalist and lyricist Angela Di Vincenzo.

Musically, the track merges heavy grooves with fragile atmospheres, reflecting the duality of emotional turmoil and healing. Guitarist and producer Andy Menario explains: “I wanted the guitars to echo the internal chaos and quiet desperation behind the lyrics—sometimes heavy, sometimes fragile, just like the human mind.”

Megg Jacobs dives even deeper into the brutal emotional terrain first explored in her previous single ‘ego’ with the release of its companion track, ‘DEATH,’ a volatile meditation on all-or-nothing thinking, illusion, and the chaos that follows the rejection of nuance.

“‘DEATH’ is about the fallout of denying that middle space,” Megg Jacobs shares. “It’s the exhaustion that comes from clinging to black-and-white thinking while everything around you demands complexity.” With her signature fusion of thunderous drums, guttural vocals, and emotionally layered lyrics, Jacobs crafts a deep atmosphere that is as aggressive as it is vulnerable. She describes the track as being stuck in a loop, between glitter in the dirt and dirt in the glitter. One is rot masked by beauty, the other corruption masked by sparkle. “Neither is honest,” she explains. “Both are masks we wear to avoid nuance: the real discomfort of being human.” The new single builds on the themes of ego death and transformation first introduced in ‘ego,’ capturing the psychological wear-and-tear that results from resisting the complicated truths of being alive.

Renowned J-Metal group, BABYMETAL have released their highly anticipated new album METAL FORTH via Capitol Records. Along with the release, the group put out a new music video for their explosive track ‘My Queen’ (feat. Spiritbox).

Hotly-tipped Floridian quintet, Not Enough Space have released their powerful new single ‘Don’t Let Go,’ the latest offering from their forthcoming debut full-length album Weaponize Your Rage, set for release on September 12 via Thriller Records.

‘Don’t Let Go’ confronts the desperate beauty of clinging to hope when everything else is unraveling. With soaring emotion and crushing intensity, the track is a poignant showcase of the band’s ability to fuse raw vulnerability with unrelenting force.

“‘Don’t Let Go,’ captures the experience of facing struggles and hardships together with your partner,” Not Enough Space explains. “It highlights the importance of holding on through difficult times and not losing sight of each other. Blending soft, somber moments with bursts of energy and intensity, the song reflects the emotional depth of embracing both the highs and lows of love.”

Brighton’s self-defined ‘Brat Metal’ trio Eville, made up of singer/guitarist Eva Sheldrake, bassist/singer/producer Jude Richards, and drummer Milo Hemsley, have announced their debut EP BRAT METAL, set for release on October 17. The announcement is made ahead of the band’s hotly-anticipated appearance at this year’s Reading and Leeds Festival.

Leading the charge is new single ‘BR4T MBL’ (pronounced brat mobile), a high-octane anthem inspired by Fast & Furious, Need for Speed, and the hyper-feminine aesthetics of Y2K icons like Paris Hilton. The track is packed with car-themed wordplay – with each line in the first verse shifting gears, from “FIRST off the line, you’re a SECOND too late” and beyond – delivering an empowering message that firmly puts women in the driver’s seat. The bold, glossy video brings the concept to life in full throttle.

Speaking of the track, vocalist Eva Sheldrake shares, “We wanted to write an empowering song that puts women in the driver’s seat for a change.”

Portland’s Dying Wish specialize in a particularly brutal form of metalcore. Emma Boster can actually sing when she isn’t bringing the hellfire beast-roars, and the band really steers into that ability on their new song ‘I’ll Know You’re Not Around,’ the lead single from the upcoming LP Flesh Stays Together. The heavy parts feel heavier because of the ominous beauty in Boster’s voice, and when the breakdown comes in, they bring it.

Flesh Stays Together follows Dying Wish’s 2023 album Symptoms Of Survival, as well as ‘I Brought You My Soul (Your World Brought Me Despair),’ the one-off single that came out earlier this year. Dying Wish recorded Flesh Stays Together with Knocked Loose collaborator Will Putney, and ‘I’ll Know You’re Not Around’ has a lot of that band’s sincere guttural lurch. Dying Wish already tour big rooms, but if the rest of the record sounds like this, I could see them following Knocked Loose into even bigger ones.

Dying Wish member Pedro Carrillo co-directed the ‘I’ll Know You’re Not Around’ video with Eric Richter, and it’s got all the bloody theatricality that you’d hope.

Finnish heavy metal powerhouse BATTLE BEAST continues their unstoppable rise with the release of their brand-new single and music video ‘Here We Are‘. With this new single, the band officially announces their highly anticipated seventh studio album Steelbound, set to be released on October 17 via Nuclear Blast.

‘Here We Are‘ marks the third single taken from Steelbound, and it’s a bold, unapologetic anthem of resilience and unity. Armed with thunderous riffs, powerful vocals, and infectious hooks, the song captures the spirit of overcoming adversity and standing strong together.

Song writer Joona Björkroth comments: “‘Here We Are’ captures that moment after the storm has passed — you’ve faced challenges, been tested, and somehow come through the other side a little stronger, a bit wiser, and perhaps a bit more grounded. Things might not have gone perfectly, but you’ve endured. The song is a tribute to perseverance and resilience — to standing tall just the way you are, nothing more, nothing less.”

Noora Louhimo adds: “We’ve all been down in the depths – each of us and all of us together. Still we’ve always gotten back up, even if bruised and bloodied. And here we are still, stronger than ever. No matter how tough the journey, we’re always stronger when we face it together”

The track is paired with a stunning music video that brings its message to life in true BATTLE BEAST fashion: dramatic, powerful, and visually striking.

UK metal outfit CAGE FIGHT have released a brand new single. Titled ‘IHYG (I Hate Your Guts)’, the new track marks the band’s first new music since the release of their self-titled debut album, which was released back in May 2022, via Candlelight Records. The song features deeply personal lyrics from vocalist Rachel Aspe, detailing a bleak and traumatic experience. The new music video was directed by Shaun Hodson (Loki Films).

Speaking about the new song, vocalist Rachel Aspe says, “’IHYG‘is a response to a deeply traumatic experience that had a life changing impact on me. It crushed my confidence and self-worth which spiralled me to rock bottom, but I’ve become stronger and more resilient than ever. This experience inspired me to write lyrics for the first time, resulting in this song. The video tells this story.”

Guitarist James Monteith adds, “since the release of our debut album we’ve been through some changes and significantly evolved as a unit. We’ve gotten to know each other much more musically and personally, and the result is a much more honed vision of CAGE FIGHT. IHYG is the first taste of what’s to come. We’re also excited to finally release new music with our new bassist Will Horsman.”

Face Yourself have unleashed vicious single ‘Fractures’, taken from their upcoming EP Fury. With the full EP set to arrive on September 26 via Sumerian Records, the track dissects the violence of beauty standards and self-hatred.

Speaking on ‘Fractures’, vocalist Yasmine Liverneaux has shared: “We are excited to release our new single ‘Fractures’ produced by Joey Sturgis. The lyrics explore a darker theme, as it speaks a lot about self hatred, exploring the pressure of beauty standards and the “mutilations” those pressures can lead someone to. It’s like changing your appearance so much to fit a mould to the point that you don’t even recognise yourself which can be very violent.”

New York band DEADLANDS exorcise stress, anxiety, doubt, and trauma via the unforgettable melodic metalcore that defines their new EP, titled SEVEN. SEVEN, a concept EP in which each song correlates to one of the seven deadly sins, will be released on June 27 via Spinefarm.

DEADLANDS have shared the video for the new single ‘Limbo,’ which examines the deadly sin of lust. This is founding member and frontwoman Kasey Karlsen at her most diverse yet, mixing melodic vocals with spine-chilling growls.

Regarding the single and video, she offers, “‘Limbo’ describes the story of falling in love with someone who is purely using you to satisfy their own desires. The purpose of this song is to focus on the destructive aspects of lust and how it can not only hurt someone else but also lead to self-destruction whether you’re the one with the feelings or not. We’ve all had the experience of wanting to hold onto something that feels so right, even when you know it could end badly.”

Temtris are ready to unleash their highly anticipated 8th studio album, Queen of Crows, on August 8 through Wormholedeath Records.

Queen of Crows is a bold, emotion-charged metal album, with nine killer tracks that turn a razor-sharp lens on the actions and consequences of the human condition. This album delivers thought provoking lyrics delivered with soaring power metal vocal stylings, leading the listener through skillfully crafted musical arrangements, resplendent with the powerful, driving rhythms and duelling guitar wizardry that have become the hallmark of this band’s unique and distinctive sound.

It all starts with the release of the first single ‘The World is Bleeding Out’.

Out of the darkness and on the heels of their Mortal Deluxe Album announcement Daedric returns with ‘Night Mother’, the first single from their upcoming full-length sophomore album.

‘Night Mother’ was the first track to go into production for the sophomore album, and it set the tone in the most chaotic way possible. Creative differences, technical issues, and behind-the-scenes struggles made the process feel more like a disaster than a starting point. “It was like walking into a party, and instead of someone handing you a drink, they hit you in the mouth with a lamp,” the band recalls. But through the turmoil, they knew they had something special. Rob’s initial track idea was inspiring, and Kristyn’s vocal approach brought fresh energy to the song. The struggle was worth it—the final result was so powerful that ‘Night Mother’ became the album’s first single.

Lyrically, ‘Night Mother’ explores themes of deception, blind trust, and painful disillusionment. It tells the story of someone who placed complete faith in another, only to realize they had been manipulated. “I fully trusted you. I thought everything you wanted for me was good, that I should follow everything you say because you have all this knowledge and power and authority,” Kristyn Hope explains. The chorus delivers one of the album’s most haunting lines: “I’m so naïve I would burn in a fire if you told me to stay.”

The song balances anger toward the deceiver with an underlying sense of shame and self-blame. “It sounds like all the anger is directed at someone else, but honestly, it’s more like, ‘Damn, I was so dumb,’” the band admits. [via GRIMM Gent]

OMINOUS RUIN have released a new music video. The new music video, for the track ‘Eternal,’ is taken from the San Francisco-based technical death metal band’s brand new album, Requiem, which was released on Friday, via Willowtip Records. The new material from the band is the first to feature new vocalist Crystal Rose.

Speaking about the song, and its accompanying new music video, the band shares, “there were a few goals behind the Eternal music video. Firstly, we wanted to capture the immense performances by all individuals, because the track is such a unique ripper, everyone has their moment to shine. Second, capitalize on the lyrical themes by capturing added strain and stress. And lastly, highlight the musical elements that we really think stand out from other bands and songs.”

Eville redefined the definition of provocative with their latest single, ‘Get with Me’. Splintering psyches with feral nu-metal volition, antagonising through teasing derision, Brighton’s rising brat metal band pulled no punches while launching an atomic attack on digitally endemic unsolicited lechery.

Produced by bassist Jude Richards, ‘Get with Me’ exhibits a gnarled atmosphere of intensity as filthy as the phenomenon that inspired the single. Giving her candied-with-feral-venom voice to the unspoken issue, Eva Sheldrake used real-life experiences to barb the protest against the lines crossed through fetid fantasy at the cost of women who dare to log in.

With basslines that rattle like rusted chains clashing with the detonations of percussion and hypersonic hooks, ‘Get with Me’ is a raw manifesto that refuses to sanitise the rage that inspired the creation of the cathartic call-out.

Eville seized the moment to forge a track straight from the heart and the gut—unapologetically honest, fiercely self-produced, and boiling with the kind of visceral intent that only comes when the artist holds every piece of the creative reins.

‘Get with Me’ is permission to reclaim the narrative, transform uncomfortable online encounters into sparks of defiance, wit and empowerment. The single is now available on all major streaming platforms; be a part of the resistance.

Apocalyptic metal ensemble Plague of Stars is set to electrify audiences with their powerful new lyric video ‘Vain’, a haunting exploration of inner strength and silent rebellion from their groundbreaking album Extinction.

Featuring Liz Ziegler’s commanding vocal debut, ‘Vain’ is a bold statement of empowerment. Its provocative narrative challenges listeners: “Do not mistake her silence for agreement.” The song is a reflection on how women endure constant belittlement and unwanted attention, using its intense sonic landscape to convey the weight of these experiences. It epitomizes the band’s unique fusion of doom, black, and gothic metal, bridging ethereal clean vocals with raw, uncompromising energy to create a powerful and immersive listening experience.

Set to take the world by storm in 2025, BEX has released her first music of the year with ‘crybaby’, a single addressing on-going female oppression that’s all-too ingrained in our society. Raw, real and fun, this is the first glimpse of a new BEX, feeling like she’s re-found her purpose. The instrumentation is punchy, lively, aggressive. The vocals are simple, one take, going straight back to basics. The music video, directed by BEX herself as usual, exemplifies her unique style and vision.

Written by BEX, alongside Sam Matlock (WARGASM) and Sam Cramer (Future Humans), ‘crybaby’ is out now on BEX’ own outlet “SCUM”.

“‘crybaby’ is a representation of female oppression,” says BEX, matter-of-factly. “Throughout history women have been deemed the weaker sex and the property of men. This track explodes those ideas. With references to a Molotov Cocktail, ‘crybaby’ represents the built-up rage exploding out of today’s women with the unjust still playing out all around them.

“In life, we can close our eyes to inequality and live blind and naive to the facts (the ‘crybaby’ eye masks in the music video represent this). It can be easier to ignore the ‘little comments’; it can be easier to not ‘cause a scene’; it can be easier to just ‘not care’. This doesn’t make it right; this doesn’t make it ok; this allows it to continue. It is our choice to remove the mask and fight back. You just have to be prepared for what you see.

“‘crybaby’ is about not letting go. It’s about holding that grudge with you every day and using it to fuel your mission, using it to make a difference.”

IZZY REIGN releases haunting new single ‘Phobos’, out now, new self titled album out on March 21 on FiXT.

‘Phobos’ delves deep into the unsettling world of panic attacks, drawing from personal experience to convey the overwhelming and unpredictable nature of these episodes. With raw emotion and vivid descriptions, the song captures the sensation of air thinning, heartbeats overpowering, and the inevitability of panic despite any attempts at control. Through ‘Phobos,’ Reign seeks to resonate with those who have faced similar battles, whether through the struggle to resist the attacks or the resigned acceptance of their recurrence, creating a visceral sonic journey of anxiety and resilience. This song is about the experiences of having panic attacks. A true understanding of how they feel and how at complete random they can occur.

In her own words, “I spent many years of my life undergoing random panic attacks, which felt like, for no reason at all, but upon learning and understanding how much the subconscious stress levels of your brain truly affect the physical responses of your body, it seemed to make more sense. I struggled with this for a long time and as many people have experienced them selves, it can take a major toll on ones every day life. How ever, I wrote this song in regards to this becoming my norm, and when I felt the coming on, I just had to take them steps to prepare and let them pass. The inevitable would happen, regardless of how in control I felt or how much I changed my situations/surroundings. I wanted to give the feeling of what a panic attack felt like to people who have gone through the many different stages of them. Whether or not they let it consume them, the sensation of the air around them thinning, or your heart beat being the only thing you can hear, or the other side of acceptance, almost, in a way, being annoyed that you have to sit down and ground yourself to prepare for what you’re already used to.”

Eville is already surpassing expectations after being chosen as Alyx Holcombe’s One to Watch for 2025 with their first release of the year, ‘Plaything’.

The Brighton-based trio may have debuted and ascended as pioneers of Brat Metal, but ‘Plaything’ sees the powerhouse mature into provocateurs of psyche-piercing post-hardcore furore with their lacerating hyper-sonic hooks, heavy riffs and indomitable drum n bass beats which precariously teeter on the edge of cataclysmic chaos.

With endless vocal transitions, Eva dons a kaleidoscope of guises with her chameleonically always-in-flux shifts from bubblegum pop siren to nu-metal lyrical waxer to outpourer visceral metal screams which cut through the mix like a razor-sharp buzzsaw to protest against capriciously selfish protagonists prone to treating others as easily discard objects of pleasure.

Eva Sheldrake said: “In true Eville style, ‘Plaything’ incites a riot of huge melodic pop choruses interwoven with hard-hitting, edgy verses. The track also marks a pivotal point in our career, exhibiting our expansive versatility and how fearless we’ve become as songwriters as we incinerate the boundaries of our sound.”

Serpentyne unleashes their highly anticipated new album Tales From The Dark, a bold evolution of their symphonic metal sound. The album refines its signature fusion of orchestral grandeur and modern metal intensity, weaving together fast-paced, cinematic compositions with powerful vocal harmonies. Fans of Nightwish, Within Temptation, and Eluveitie will find themselves immersed in a dynamic and evocative listening experience.

The road to Tales From The Dark has been paved with an electrifying single that introduced listeners to the album’s rich sonic universe. The first glimpse came with ‘Prophetess of Dreams’, a hard-hitting and fast-paced track that set the stage with machine-gun guitar riffs and an ominous tale of fate and destiny. Now, the album release is accompanied by the focus track ‘Run For Your Life’, a relentless and high-energy anthem that captures urgency and fear through a powerful mix of 8-string guitar work, soaring vocals, and layered orchestration. This song encapsulates the cinematic intensity of Serpentyne’s evolved sound, pulling listeners into a desperate chase for survival.

As the band prepares to release their brand new studio album Sleepless Empire, Italian metal titans LACUNA COIL have released the ultimate single ‘I Wish You Were Dead’ alongside a stunning music video.

‘I Wish You Were Dead’ is about the emotional turmoil and struggle that accompanies toxic relationships. The song’s video takes the track’s heavy theme and spins it into a romantic Goth tale just in time for Valentine’s Day. Filmed by Martina L McLean in a church in Capranica, a small town north of Rome, it marks a first in the history of LACUNA COIL: the band performing a choreography!

On the new single, the band shares: “We all have this person we wish never existed, right? We all felt the need to erase the same person from our thoughts, someone who hurt us that it’s still in our mind. We wanted to write heavier lyrics on a happier musical canvas. Also we are a little tired of being politically correct at all costs…”

Eville’s signature Industrial Brat Metal sound meets the grit of grime punk in their latest colossal impact of a hit, ‘Ballistic’, proving Eva Sheldrake has an equal amount of mettle in the sphere as Bob Vylan and Wage War. The unhinged, off-the-rails anthem captures the band’s feral energy within a gritty two-minute juggernaut, which sees Sheldrake’s vox chameleonically shift from Kae Tempest-esque spoken word verses into full-blown screamo assaults on the pervasive rot of the patriarchy. ‘Ballistic’ may be a departure from their earlier sound, but make no mistake, Eville is still out for ‘Blood’. “Ballistic is an unfiltered, raw and authentic display of female rage, unapologetically calling out the misogyny women face on a daily basis. It’s time to smash the glass ceiling and stamp on the pieces,” says Eva.

CROWLEY is an occult rock band from Newcastle upon Tyne, UK. Comprised of vocalist Lidya Balaban, guitarists Eliza Lee and Ruth Cranston, bassist Kim Fellows, and drummer Sav Montore. Formed in 2022, the band reinvigorates the sounds of retro pagan rock. ‘Silver Star’ is the fifth release from CROWLEY and marks the clearest establishment of the bands sound yet – like Black Sabbath with feminine power, it’s a dark occult fantasy the listener is invited to join. On ‘Silver Star’, singer Lidya Balaban says: “Written from the perspective of a cult leader, the song is an invitation to an initiation ceremony. It’s about being coerced into participating in a ritual and taking a leap of faith. This was definitely an interesting one for me lyrically, the song title is taken from one rumoured translation of Aleister Crowley’s organisation A∴A∴ (Argenteum Astrum). The lyrics themselves are somewhat alchemical in nature, with subtle messages of leaving your old ways behind and being able to transmute into your higher self. In its own twisted way it’s a song of growth and change. But mostly just about getting roped into ritual sacrifice.”

UK Folk Horror outfit Forlorn have announced they’ve signed to Church Road Records and mark their arrival at the new label home by unveiling their Stephen King inspired single, ‘Spirit’. Much like their previous ‘Earth’ inspired offering, Creatress, Forlorn’s first single on their new label, Church Road Records, is based on the fifth element of the same name. “Feeling a connection between a bass synth in the instrumental of the song and the literal transformation one being makes into another, I took inspiration from the Stephen King novel ‘The Outsider’ and the concept of shape-shifting,” explains vocalist Megan Jenkins. “There is so much that we cannot see and don’t connect to when we are caught up in the haze of our daily lives. There are forces, energies and beings that are all around us that we are blind to, and many people are OK with that. I connect so deeply to this idea of shape-shifting or “becoming other” through a desire to explore the unseen and travel beyond the confines of this human skin.”

Izzy Reign is back with her next bold release, ‘Your Entertainer,’ from her upcoming debut album set to release in early 2025 from FiXT. Known for her raw and powerful sound, Izzy merges metalcore and alternative pop in ‘Your Entertainer.’ This single, showcasing fierce guitar riffs, pulsating synths, and thunderous drums, creates an intense sonic landscape over provocative lyrics. With dynamic instrumentation, gritty guitars, synth-driven melodies, and hard-hitting bass and drums this track carries her signature sound while adding a darker, introspective edge. ‘Your Entertainer’ strikes at the heart of celebrity culture and the mental toll of creating from a place of vulnerability. ‘Your Entertainer’ is a concept track born from deep self-reflection. Izzy delves into the personal struggles that come with being a performer. “While I was writing this album, I thought about exactly what it was that I was doing, So I wrote ‘Your Entertainer’ as a concept about selling your emotions and experiences for entertainment and fame,” explains Izzy Reign. “I hope that this song reaches people to help them see that celebrity culture is a wild toxic concept and we need to remember that they are indeed still human. A lot of people create music from their pain or experiences, exposing their inner most difficulties just for your entertainment and it is a mentally wearing, but can also be rewarding, experience.”

Vallorch is back with their latest single and video, ‘Circle Of The Moon’. This liberating anthem invites listeners to reconnect with nature and embrace the joy of living. Inspired by Cimbrian myths, the song captures the essence of the ancient dances to the Moon God Maano, celebrating freedom and authenticity. The track offers a glimpse into Vallorch’s upcoming album, The Circle, set to release in March 2025, which explores the theme of the night in all its facets—from reflection and tranquility to celebration and connection. The album combines Vallorch’s signature folk metal sound with symphonic and power metal influences, blending vibrant melodies, heavy riffs, and a touch of melancholy.

Melodic hard rockers The Big Deal are pleased to announce the release of their upcoming new studio album Electrified, set for release on January 17th, 2025, via Frontiers Music Srl. To mark the occasion, they share the new single and accompanying video ‘Like A Fire’, out now. Guitarist Srdjan Brankovic expresses his enthusiasm for the release: “We are very happy that we have come to the moment to announce our second album Electrified, together with Frontiers Records. We had the honour to collaborate for the first time with great artists such as Anders Wikstrom (TREAT) and Jona Tee (H.E.A.T.), who helped us compose some songs. If you like melodic metal/rock, melodic vocals, plenty of keyboard and guitar melodic solos, two great female vocalists intertwining in harmony, we think you’ll love the album too. Check out the first single ‘Like A Fire’, which is about a rock band performing on stage.”

BLACKBRIAR have released a new music video. The new music video, for the track ‘Floriography,’ is the brand new single from the Dutch symphonic metal band and marks their first new music since their latest studio album, A Dark Euphony, which was released in September last year, via Nuclear Blast Records. Speaking about the new single, vocalist Zora Cock shares, “’Floriography’ marks the start of our upcoming third studio album. It’s a song full of mystery, dark academia meets Sherlock Holmes. The song’s protagonist deciphers hidden messages from a secret lover through the Victorian language of flowers, cryptic poetry, lyrical acronyms, and marks carved in trees. She may have even left some for you.” [via Distorted Sound]

XANDRIA have released a new music video. The new music video, for the track ‘200 Years’, is taken from the German symphonic metal band’s brand new album, Universal Tales, which was released on Friday, via Napalm Records. Speaking about the song and its accompanying new music video, the band shares, “we hope you enjoy our new song and video! It’s inspired by our deep love for Scotland and its rich history. The many stories of this land have sunk deep into our collective consciousness, becoming the roots of the fantasy worlds we all share – worlds filled with epic tales, like those of Middle-earth and beyond. Stories of people fighting for freedom, love, and the survival of their culture. This one’s for you. Slàinte mhath!” [via Distorted Sound]
