On the track, Farao said “I wrote ‘Waiting for You’ to dance with the shadow of someone I lost. The kick is my pacemaker, the synths are tears of joy in waveform, and a funky disco bass just makes life worth living.”

Farao explains her inspiration; “I wrote this track when I had an intense need to show the way forward for someone I cared deeply about, who just couldn’t see it themselves. I wanted to steer them in the right direction, so if you ride with me in my 1999 Saab 9-3 I promise a smooth journey”
