Delivered alongside the single is an equally upbeat yet moody music video with the duo trapezing around a carnival.

“‘Lobbytommy’ is about combating self-sabotage,” Isabella says. “It’s so easy to get in your head and convince yourself you’re not deserving of the things you want, but it’s good to approach and question why you feel that way and to remind yourself how hard you worked to get where you are.” The band continues, “Regarding the title, Isabella made a joke about getting a lobotomy at Claire’s. Sebastian told her that when he was a kid, he thought it was pronounced ‘lobby Tommy,’ and we thought it was so funny that we made it the title of the song.”

“I actually wrote this song as a hate letter to jellyfruit (the candy),” Isabella explains. “But, the broader metaphor is about analyzing and acknowledging a narcissistic partner’s behavior. This person is known for love bombing to manipulate situations, and the singer is fed up. The song acts as a monologue, as the singer understands that things might not get better, but they accept that fact and prepare to make a decision.”

“‘Lavender’ is a complex song that describes an enthralling young woman who uses her femininity to get what she wants. Many have tried to break down her walls, and all have failed and been left brokenhearted,” the duo explains. “As dreamy as she seems, upon closer inspection of the lyrics, one may notice she is subtly falling apart, her flakey and unstable lifestyle being a defense mechanism to protect herself from whatever she may be hiding from. But one can’t help but fall in love with her, including the narrator of the story.”
