Aderyn

Aderyn is back – and she’s taking no prisoners. With her latest single ‘FEEL NOTHING!’, the rising Welsh indie star delivers a blistering, tongue-in-cheek takedown of modern love and emotional detachment. Channelling lo-fi punk pioneers like Violent Femmes and Bikini Kill, the track’s raw, scrappy production by Gethin Pearson (Orla Gartland, Charli XCX) is both defiant and addictive. Over grunge-soaked synths and a soaring guitar solo, Aderyn lists the rules of winning the game of modern situationships: namely, the ability to feel nothing.

“I was inspired by the notion of situationships as a game of emotional chicken – like, how close can we get without catching feelings?” says Aderyn. “The song just poured out from there.”

Rosita

Emerging UK R&B artist Rosita is a refreshing force in today’s music scene, blending smooth, sultry vocals with a rich fusion of R&B and pop. Of Portuguese and English heritage, Rosita weaves intricate lyricism with fluid, expressive riffs and runs, crafting a sound that is both emotionally charged and technically refined. Her signature harmony stacks add depth and texture to her records, showcasing her deep understanding of vocal layering and arrangement.

She delivers an unapologetic anthem of self-worth and resilience with her latest single, ‘Purity.’ Blending sultry R&B tones, hypnotic melodies, and a confident rhythmic pulse, the track captures the storm of heartbreak, betrayal, and ultimate empowerment.

‘Purity’ isn’t just a breakup song; it’s a reclamation. It’s the sound of knowing your worth, reclaiming your narrative, and walking away from anyone who can’t meet you there.

Lara and the Birds

Lara is a singer-songwriter, performer, filmmaker and storyteller. Hailing from the wet hills of northern England, she has collected and composed her songs from working, travelling and falling in love around the world. She is as inspired by the cabaret bars of 1920s Berlin as she is by Scottish and Irish folk, or New York piano bars. Her new single ‘This Time Girl’ is out now.

She says of the track: “Most of my songs so far have begun on my piano. But ‘This Time Girl’ took shape on my Roland Juno synth after hearing Cyndi Lauper on BBC Radio 4’s Desert Island Discs. I channelled my deep love for 1980s pop, I leant into a more electronic sound, and told a story of something that had recently happened to me. The song began in southern England, where I was training as a sound healing practitioner. There I met a Chilean salesman on Bumble and spent a night driving around, talking about life, love, British breakfast cereals — and sharing cold KFC. I didn’t think I wanted to start a relationship with someone who lives thousands of miles away…but then again, why not? The song I’ve written is about taking chances but looking after your own heart first.”

Kirrilee

Melbourne-based singer-songwriter Kirrilee returns with her most vulnerable track yet: ‘When The Lights Go Out’, a pop anthem infused with nervous energy about insecurity, self-doubt, and the longing for acceptance in love.

Known for her dreamy, floating-on-a-cloud sound and raw, diary-entry lyrics, Kirrilee’s latest single peels back the layers of perfectionism and explores the 3AM question many of us ask ourselves when we open up to someone else: Am I Enough?

The track pulses with that internal pressure, full of energy and emotion that captures the tension between self-perception and reality, and the dancing spiral of overthinking that many of her listeners would relate to.

“’When The Lights Go Out’ is about that quiet fear of not being truly accepted,” Kirrilee shares. “Wondering if you’re enough for someone, even when what they really want is for you to be yourself. I wrote it at a point of vulnerability and anxiety in my life, where I realised that I really, really love my partner, and could only hope that they felt the same way. Love is crazy like that. All you can do is put yourself out there and hope the other person feels it too.”

Niamh Maclennan

Niamh Maclennan is an indie-folk singer-songwriter whose music blends soulful lyricism with atmospheric textures. With a growing reputation for both intimate ballads and expansive soundscapes, Niamh is fast becoming a name to watch in the UK’s indie-folk scene.

Her debut EP Burning For You is out now. ‘Burning for You’, the heart-wrenching title track, is a stirring ballad of longing and vulnerability.

Charlotte Rosetti

Charlotte Rosetti is a classically trained pianist and soulful storyteller, blending heartfelt lyricism with elegant melodies. Her debut single ‘Borrowed Time’ captures the intimacy of late-night reflection through cinematic piano-pop clarity. Influenced by artists like Christina Perri and Freya Ridings, Charlotte brings a polished yet emotionally raw sound that resonates with fans of modern piano-driven pop.

Toshín

Irish-Nigerian artist Toshin has released a commanding new single – a stirring reinterpretation of a song gifted to her directly by legendary singer-songwriter Janis Ian.

Originally written as a protest against the oppression of women, from genital mutilation to workplace inequality and body policing, ‘Resist’ blends spoken word and soulful defiance. Now, Toshin reclaims the song with full band energy and a fiery new voice, transforming it into an anthem for todays fight against injustice.

ISSA ODYSSEA

With her sophomore EP this wasn’t in the script, ISSA ODYSSEA cements herself as one of the most arresting new voices in the London music scene. Blending lo-fi textures, R&B subtlety, and indie-soul sensibilities, she delivers songs that feel both intimate and expansive; the kind of work that turns personal reflection into something universally resonant. Drawing from childhood memories and channeling the emotions of navigating young adulthood, she captures the ache of growing up and the chaos of your twenties. This project stands as a true testament of her ability to craft worlds.

At the heart of ISSA’s coming-of-age sophomore EP, this wasn’t in the script, lies a soft and soulful, alt-R&B piano lead track ‘issa’s interlude’ – full of searing honesty, dreamy vocals, and poetic wordplay. Built from fragments of home video tapes, voice notes, and late-night thoughts, it reflects on the disorientation of your twenties whilst navigating questionable coping mechanisms and the weight of regrets.

drive thru haiku

Drive Thru Haiku is a production duo consisting of Jess Camilleri and Ben Leigh-Grosart. Their first single, ‘REINA’ is out now. “It’s a snappy alt-pop tune inspired by TEKKEN and the arcade fighting games of the ’80s and ’90s,” says Jess. “The song was written, sung, co-produced and mixed by me and features some great shouty vocals from all the female and non-binary staff at Strongroom Studios.”

VERONICA VITALE

VERONICA VITALE, also known as I-VEE, is a visionary Italian artist, composer, executive producer and architect of immersive sonic environments based in Los Angeles. Her work spans ambient, bedroom pop, Lo-Fi and cinematic soundtracks. Vitale is the creator of LIQUID POP — a new music genre — and author of its manifesto, her music isn’t just composed, it’s engineered to be lived in, like stepping inside a cinematic atmosphere and inner emotional landscape. She designs auditory landscapes with intention. The indivisible synergy between Veronica Vitale and Patrick J. Hamilton, American film director, guitarist, and producer is core to this vision.

She has shared her lastest track ‘I Am A Woman’ — a three-minute spoken-word performance that navigates the minefield of contradictory rules written onto women’s bodies and ambitions. From its opening line “I can feel your stares, your disapproval, your sighs of relief” to its closer “Because I can,” the track functions as testimony, not entertainment. The pacing is deliberate — each hypocrisy feels like a blow, until the final stance plants itself like the end of a dojo sequence. It’s unapologetically feminist, meticulously crafted, and mastered for broadcast by John Greenham.
