Glasgow Kiss are a Norwegian Alternative Metal band with a power-rock vibe that will rattle the windows and shake the foundations of your mind! They come right at us with that heavy rhythm guitar groove and a vocal attack that is both rich and addictive. The band just dropped a savage new single and music video entitled ‘Those Wasted Years’. The music video was directed by Bård Leite at USF Verftet in Bergen, Norway. This is the first single and music video taken from their upcoming full-length album Down In Flames which will be released on December 12, 2025 via Eclipse Records.

“We decided to film a music video for this track because we wanted to give the song a life beyond just the sound” says lead vocalist Charlotte Marlen Midtun. “Music is powerful on its own, but sometimes the emotions and stories we write about deserve to be seen as well as heard. The video lets us share the atmosphere, the energy, and the message in a way that words and melodies alone can’t always capture. For the darker and more intense parts of the song, we leaned into shadowy, low-key lighting to create tension and intimacy. It gave the impression of being pulled into the raw emotion of the lyrics. When the music opened up—whether with hope, energy, or release—we shifted toward warmer tones and brighter contrasts, symbolizing light breaking through.”

Alternative metal band ODC are pleased to share their new single, ‘Twisted Love’, title track of the upcoming album, out on October 31 via BLKIIBLK.

With ‘Twisted Love’, ODC deliver a bold crossover between modern rock, metalcore intensity, and rap flow. The track combines crushing 8-string riffs and infectious grooves with the striking vocal interplay of bassist/rapper Sonny’s razor-sharp verses and frontwoman Célia’s soaring melodic hooks. This dual energy makes the single both powerful and accessible, pushing the boundaries of today’s modern rock and metal.

Vocalist Célia Do described the track by saying: “’Twisted Love’ is about contradictions – attraction and destruction, sweetness and brutality. At the same time, it’s also the track that defines us best as a band. It captures our mindset: we don’t believe in rules or boxes, because ODC was never meant to fit in one.”

When two of Germany’s most energetic rock and metal acts come together, the result can only be something loud, wild and powerful: April Art and League Of Distortion have released the single ‘Double Trouble’ together – including an official music video.

The track impresses with its powerful production, fat riffs and two distinctive voices that blend perfectly: Lisa-Marie Watz (April Art) and Anna Brunner (Ace) (League Of Distortion). Even on first listen, it’s clear that this song will tear the roof off live.

April Art said in a statement: “It was great fun writing this banger together, and we can’t wait to perform it with Anna on our upcoming tour.”

Anna Brunner also emphasises the spirit of collaboration: “Yes, we had a lot of fun, we clicked immediately and we were able to let loose completely. This collaboration is more than just a song – it’s a statement. A sign that we women (not only in the metal scene) are strongest when we stick together, push each other and pull together.” [via Dark Divas]

Germany’s Future Palace are making major moves to catapult their already promising career to the next level. The German band is thrilled to announce that it has signed with Century Media Records worldwide. To celebrate the partnership, they have shared the video for the new single ‘Cyclone’.

“’Cyclone’ is about the war that often wages within oneself, with the band saying, “It’s about how an old version of yourself kept fighting you, especially referring to depression and how draining it can be to avoid turning back into that old version and trying to represent some sort of rebirth of yourself, focusing on the self-conflict. A cyclone tries to rip you apart and invade your peace and can be almost impossible to fight against.”

The themes of mental health, growing and healing, distancing yourself from past versions of yourself have long been a part of Future Palace’s music and that continues with ‘Cyclone’. The song’s energy effectively mirrors the effort it takes to prevent yourself from reverting to the old you that you would like to leave behind.

The band shares, “We used a sample with the word ‘amen,’ which started just as an and was later interpreted by as a sign of rebirth — amen and goodbye to your old self.” It also boasts the most monstrous breakdown the band has ever put to tape. [via Metal Heads Forever]

Amira Elfeky has just shared a brand-new single, ‘Hold Onto Me.’

The track – which was produced by Daniel Braunstein (Spiritbox, Fit For A King) and Robbie Gardunio – follows March’s Surrender EP, and arrives as Amira’s first-ever U.S. headline run begins tonight, September 12.

Speaking to Kerrang! over the summer about her sound, she explained that, “I never claim to be any specific genre, just because I love exploring. Nu-metal does have a very distinct sound, and some of my songs do incorporate it, but I don’t consider myself fully nu-metal.”

Amira added of working on new music: “Being able to push myself is the number one thing. Anyone can make a good rock song – but nowadays there’s so much music, you have to stand out.”

Oxford’s fast-rising nu-metal outfit Arimea have announced their forthcoming debut EP Orchid Street, due for release on November 28. Sharing their most treasured work to date, the refreshingly raw quartet have used their staple nu-metal approach to create a unique record, that’s new and exciting but nostalgic all at the same time. To coincide with the announcement of their debut EP, Arimea have also shared a brand-new single from the record titled, ‘Deliver Me’. Acting as a departure from previous writing methods, ‘Deliver Me’ has seen Arimea adding more electronic elements to their creative process which has naturally evolved as they draw more from the late 90’s and early 2000’s bands that shaped their collective sound. On new single, ‘Deliver Me’, vocalist Whitney Cooper mentions, “’Deliver Me’ is a fun song that glamorises exorcisms and the unspoken role of a deliverance minister. After reading the book ‘Deliverance’ by Jason Bray, I was engulfed into a world that I thought was only real in movies. The book had such a hold on me, I have always been a believer in the supernatural from a very young age. ‘Deliver Me’ takes aspects of the book and twists them into a hollywood-esque exorcism, a picturesque scene bursting with horror and power. This is one of my favourite tracks on the EP.”

French modern metal act Pyrah is thrilled to announce the release of their latest video for the single ‘End Of The Slope,’ taken from the critically acclaimed album Veni Vidi Delevi, available now via Wormholedeath. Known for their powerful blend of aggressive riffs and emotionally charged lyrics, Pyrah delivers a fresh take on modern metal with a fierce, unmistakable edge. ‘End of the Slope’ takes you deep into the shadows of regret and emotional torment. A relentless cycle of guilt, haunting memories, and suffocating isolation—fear and hope collide in this extreme metal journey. Prepare to face the darkness within.

Luna Kills have released a new music video. The new music video, for the track ‘slay ur enemies,’ is the brand new single from the Finnish alternative metalcore band and its release comes as the band sign with SharpTone Records. The new single was mixed and mastered by Jeff Dunne [MAKE THEM SUFFER, KNOCKED LOOSE, ICE NINE KILLS, DISTURBED]. Speaking about the new single, vocalist Lotta Ruutiainen shares, “’slay ur enemies’ describes an inner dialogue and feelings during a panic attack. Mostly the lyrics depict the hopelessness of those emotions, but also the will to fight & endure and survive this absolute nightmare. The song actually pretty much wrote itself right before we hit the studio. We listened to the demo in the middle of the night, thinking either we had all collectively lost our sanity, or the song was a fucking banger.” [via Distorted Sound]

VUKOVI are set to release their new album MY GOD HAS GOT A GUN early next year. The full-length is due on January 24 via SharpTone Records. It was produced by Machine at The Machine Shop Recording Studio in Austin, Texas, and has artwork painted by vocalist Janine Shilstone. Commenting on the new album, Janine says: “A new chapter of sound is about to unfold. These songs will speak to places we’ve all been, but few have heard.” To coincide with the announcement, the band have released a new single ‘GUNGHO’ – check it out below. [via Dork]

German symphonic metal icons, Xandria, are about to chart new paths with their epic upcoming nine-track EP, Universal Tales, out on November 22 via Napalm Records. This EP follows the success of their latest top 10 charting album (German charts), The Wonders Still Awaiting (2023), which introduced an impressive new line up featuring the fantastic Ambre Vourvahis, who stuns audiences with her vocal talent that blends elements of rock grit, operatic highs and even growls. This fresh sounding masterpiece highlights Xandria’s reinvention by elevating their trademarks to a new level, setting the bar for modern symphonic metal while presenting four brand new majestic songs that showcase the band’s refined versatility and impressive intensity. Xandria unveils the new offering of the upcoming EP, ‘No Time To Live Forever’, together with a visually stunning official music video. Driving drums and fast-paced riffs underscore the dramatic lyrics of the apparent loss of reason in the world and the rise of chaos, while the five-piece aligns with their signature sound of impressive orchestral interludes and the majestic operatic highs of vocalist Ambre. Xandria on the new single ‘No Time To Live Forever’: “You already know ‘Universal’ from our upcoming EP, and after receiving such overwhelmingly positive feedback from you, it is now time for ‘No Time To Live Forever’. If you loved the bombastic choirs and operatic vocals in ‘Universal’, you are in for a treat with this one… prepare for a ride.” [via Brave New Words]

April Art’s latest single ‘Burn’ was released last week coinciding with the debut of its official music video. The track features on the band’s new album Rodeo, out now. ‘Burn’ delves into themes of inner turmoil and past trauma. The lyrics paint a picture of an individual grappling with haunting memories, feelings of betrayal, and a daily struggle against internal voices. The song’s narrative conveys a sense of isolation and ongoing emotional battles. [via Metal Cue]

Lacuna Coil are looking to take your breath away with their latest atmospheric single. With that in mind, it’s only fitting that the Italian metal veterans’ newest number is called ‘Oxygen.’ The new track follows the recent ‘Hoisting the Shadow’ collaboration with Lamb of God’s Randy Blythe, and it will be a part of the band’s newly confirmed tenth album, Sleepless Empire. This time around, vocal phenom Cristina Scabbia is handling the mic with elemental whimsy (“My breath is getting lighter/I float on crimson waters”) as the rest of the band leans into an outsized and epic arrangement. “‘Oxygen’ is a powerful exploration of emotional struggle and inner conflict,” Scabbia commented. “The lyrics convey a sense of drowning in a toxic environment… where attempts at salvation, represented by ‘oxygen’ are somehow futile. This song encapsulates the feeling of struggling to break free from what holds us down, when the journey is filled with difficulty. It’s a raw anthem of vulnerability, resilience and the courage to face what seems insurmountable.” As for the newly unveiled music video, which the band had been teasing on Instagram over the past week via a series of liquid-y snippets, it accordingly taps into that aqueous lyrical energy with dramatically plunging visuals and near-death experiences. Scabbia added that staying in the water through the shoot was “cathartic,” and you can drink in the visuals below. [via Revolver]

Lauren Babic has released her new single ‘Let It Die’. The track showcases Babic’s vocals alongside guitars by Adam Bentley, who also served as the mixing engineer. Lee Albrecht handled the mastering duties for the song. ‘Let It Die’ evolved from a demo originally titled ‘Hypermetal’ by Adam Bentley. Babic and Bentley collaborated to expand on this initial concept, incorporating a nu-metal inspired bridge into the final version. Lyrically, the song draws from Babic’s personal experiences, aiming to create a more intimate and relatable connection with listeners. [via Metal Cue]

After recently joining the Golden Robot Records roster, Militia Vox has officially released her latest single ‘Apocalypse,’ available to stream now everywhere. ‘Apocalypse’ is more than just a song – it’s an anthem of rebellion, warrior grit and fighting spirit for these turbulent times. With its gutsy vocals, hard groove guitars, synthy saxophones, and explosive energy, the track delivers a sonic experience that only Militia Vox can provide.

Oxford’s fast-rising nu-metal outfit Arimea have unveiled their brand-new single ‘Liminal’. Using their staple nu-metal approach of modulated guitars and DJ samples, the refreshingly raw quartet sonically take a dark and melancholic turn with ‘Liminal’. Exploring the lyrical context, bassist Joe Landles mentions, “I began writting lyrics written one late night while researching the occultist Alestair Crowley, eroto-comatose lucidity and the philosophies surrounding them”. Diving deeper on the inspiration behind some particularly visceral lyrical content, Joe reflects that “I wanted to bring those captivating elements of Crowley’s beliefs very much to the forefront. Let’s be honest, there’s always a perverse intrigue into the less family friendly practices of the occult, those that address sexuality and attempts to talk a higher power as we do in LIMINAL.”

Get ready to experience a dose of unapologetic strength and biting satire as female-fronted cinemetal sensations Ammify unveil their latest music video, ‘Involuntarily Celibate,’ a track from their critically acclaimed album, Lost, Not Hiding, released via Wormholedeath. ‘Involuntarily Celibate’ takes a sharp, satirical look at how kindness can sometimes be misunderstood or even manipulated and the misunderstanding can lead to unrealistic expectations. It also underscores the importance of respecting boundaries and not assuming that kindness is a transactional gesture. The music video enriches the song’s themes by using the metaphor of superheroines to emphasize empowerment, boundary-setting, and resistance against entitlement. It turns the song’s satirical critique into a visual celebration of strength and self-respect.

LEAGUE OF DISTORTION have announced a new album. Titled Galvanize, the upcoming album from the German modern metal band is the follow-up to 2022’s self-titled album, and is scheduled to be released in October this year, via Napalm Records. Alongside the announcement of the new album, LEAGUE OF DISTORTION have released a new music video for a new song lifted from the upcoming album; the title track ‘Galvanize’. The new song is the second single to be released from the upcoming album, following on from ‘My Hate Will Go On’, which was released back in April. Speaking about the new song, the band shares, “life has its own inexplicable rules, and it feels like the world is on the verge of destruction. Each individual existence is vested with chains and challenges. Life sometimes seems like a video game – but it’s not, this is real! With the song ‘Galvanize,’ we want to encourage everyone to have the audacity to break free from what holds you back. Fight for the right thing, make a change and become the best version of yourself. Don’t let your life pass by. Be brave and take action – now is the time to ‘Galvanize’.” [via Distorted Sound]

CHARLOTTE WESSELS has released a new music video. The new music video, for the track ‘The Crying Room,’ is taken from the former DELAIN vocalist’s upcoming new album, The Obsession, which is scheduled to be released in September this year, via Napalm Records. Speaking about the new single, Wessels says, “when we were gearing up for the very first performance under my own name after Covid, my tour manager asked if I wanted my own dressing room. Knowing full well that I’d be an anxious mess, I told her I didn’t need a private room – just somewhere I could have a well-earned meltdown without ruining everyone’s vibe. And that, my friends, is how ‘The Crying Room’ was born. It’s a song about the fear of failure, about needing to catch your breath before diving headfirst into something new. Everyone loves to tell stories about courage and heroism, but let’s be real: I want to hear more stories about people who are absolutely terrified… and do the thing anyway – it’s a central theme on the album, and ‘The Crying Room’ is an invitation to do just that.” [via Distorted Sound]

Swiss/German modern metal frontrunners, Ad Infinitum, make a stand by releasing their next staggering offering and new single ‘Surrender’. The track is taken from their upcoming album, Abyss, due for release on October 11 via Napalm Records. On Abyss, the international four-piece are redefining their sound, making it their most dynamic, modern and progressive record to date. ‘Surrender’ beams with shimmering soundscapes, eruptive breakdowns and a celestial vocal attack by singer Melissa Bonny, ranging from stellar clear singing to harsh and aggressive growls. Ad Infinitum on ‘Surrender’: “‘Surrender’ is the song we’ve been waiting to release since the moment we created it. It’s just us doing our thing without any boundaries, boxes, or outsider expectations – unapologetically. The song is paired with a music video that crosses over into another form of art, perfectly fitting the mood. We are excited to hear how people will receive it!” [via Metal Planet]

Approaching the 10 year anniversary of Fury’s debut album The Lightning Dream, the band have demonstrated their evolution with a new recording of a live favourite ‘Prince of Darkness’. Since 2017, the lineup of Fury has been slowly morphing into something new – now with bassist Becky Baldwin (Mercyful Fate), drummer Tom Fenn and lead guitarist Tom Atkinson (Vice) replacing previous members. But the most impactful shift to the band’s new sound is the addition of vocalist Nyah Ifill. Fury are currently working on their fifth studio album, with the release anticipated for Spring 2025. Nyah Ifill comments on her move from guest session musician to a permanent position: “As a newer band member, I’ve felt so welcomed by the fans and I’m excited to share some lead vocals! While I haven’t been a part of Fury during the Lightning dream era, I’ve admired the driving force of the songs and massively enjoy playing them live. It isn’t often that bands re-visit older material, and I hope that it’s a treat for the long-time fans! Re-recording ‘Prince of Darkness’ in the lead vocalist position has been a great experience, and I’m having a blast! It’s a send-off to our old friend the devil, and the hell-themed era of Born to Sin. The new album’s recorded, and it’s going to blow you away!”

The official video clip for the song was shot in the band’s own rehearsal room and was once more produced by drummer Ben Juelg. The band comments: “’Not Afraid’ is intended to encourage people to face their fears. We all have fears and often let them hold us back and prevent us from coming into our own. But it is worth looking fear in the eye, going through it and then emerging stronger and more self-confident than ever before. We only have this one precious life and it is worth fighting for it.” [via Metal Heads Forever]

Gigantum, the innovative hard rock band from Los Angeles, USA continues to experiment with the genre norms as they release their second single ‘Necron99’ from their upcoming self-titled debut album slated to hit online retailers on September 6. Following the successful launch of the single ‘Monkey King’ last month, this new track delves deeper into the band’s eclectic influences and creative synergy, offering fans another taste of what’s to come. Vocalist/bassist Mia X comments on the single: “A lot of the songs are about conversations that we have at practice. Necron99 came about when Mark told us about this movie he was really into and wanted us to check out called, WIZARDS. After watching it, I went down a rabbit hole to learn more and when he started playing the riff that is now Necron99, I started thinking about the importance of what the movie was portraying.” ‘Necron99’ has a very heavy, doomy industrial feel that takes the listener into darkness. Gigantum works collaboratively, coming up with riffs that bounce off each other, and in each track, the different ideas and musical influences of the musicians can shine through. The result is an EP that is as complex as it is compelling, offering listeners a glimpse into the band’s creative process.

Ignescent have released the deluxe edition of their debut album, Fight In Me, available digitally via Frontiers Music Srl. Their new single and accompanying video ‘Under Attack’, are also out now. Jennifer Benson comments on the release and on the new video: “We are stoked to present you our digital DLX edition of our album Fight In Me. The new music video to ‘Under Attack’ was directed by J.T. Ibanez. The song is about the attacks, lies, and betrayals I’ve endured. But, in the end, we will come out fighting and stronger for it.”

Boundaries will be crossed, genres will be pushed, crushed, and turned inside out in this latest single, a potent blend of synth, drums, guitar, and bass that hits both the stable and chaotic energies inside of us. There is no escaping this latest single ‘Sandman’ from cyber pop / metal Queen Izzy Reign. Taking inspiration from the movie Get Out the third single, from her next album ‘Sandman’ is equal parts brutal and equal parts ethereal with an official music video that is so whimsically macabre you’d have to see to believe. Energetic and fierce, the song showcases Izzy Reign’s ability to jump from a calm and serene vocal performance to screaming vocals that only add fuel to the fire that is ‘Sandman.’ The electrifying soundscape manages to capture the essence of metalcore, pop rock, and alternative while smashing through each genre and bending them to her will.

Swiss/German modern metal frontrunners, Ad Infinitum, redefine their sound as they look to the future with their upcoming album, Abyss, out October 11 via Napalm Records. Since breaking into the scene in 2020, Ad Infinitum have experienced a remarkable rise, evolving their musical style with each release. While their earlier offerings showcased a symphonic metal approach, Abyss reveals a whole new side of Ad Infinitum, marking their most dynamic, modern and progressive record to date. Now, the band offers a first taste of what’s to come by unleashing the mesmerising and catchy opening track, ‘My Halo’, featuring powerful breakdowns and setting the tone for the album. This first single arrives with a captivating official music video. The band comment on the new single: “Our brand-new single, ‘My Halo’, is out, and with it, the announcement of not only our upcoming album, Abyss, but also our next album trilogy. This is our most elaborate, intimate and unapologetic work yet with the Ad Infinitum signature sound, playing with new sounds and swimming in darker waters.” [via Metal Planet]

April Art’s third album Rodeo will be released on October 4 via ReaperEntertainment, unapologetically changes into the fast lane, speeding away from everyone else with huge hits, a brutal bite and peerless power. Trigger warning: a German band hasn’t sounded this explosive, this hungry, this insatiable for a very long time. Now, the band presents the album’s title track as a digital single together with the official music video. The video was filmed in Offenbach/Germany in summer 2024 and produced by drummer Ben. The band comments: “The song compares life to a wild rodeo ride on an untamed horse. Because that’s exactly what life is like. The biggest challenge is to stay in the saddle. And when we fall off, it’s time to get back on the horse: Get back on the horse! Because giving up is not an option!” [via Metal Heads Forever]

South Coast based Alt rock band Rogue Awakening release their second single ‘Overshadowed’. The band, fronted by the enigmatic Kimberley Voice, are excited to share this much heavier version of themselves with the world. “‘Overshadowed is about the contradiction between the confident person you present to the world versus the saboteur in your mind,” says the band, “It’s ultimately about an unhealthy relationship with yourself and how that impacts on those around you. It also touches on the trials of being an over thinker and how that can affect your headspace.”

Finnish heavy metal band Ratbreed release their new single ‘Master Of Deception’ via Wormholedeath. Formed in 2015, the band released their debut album Evoke The Blaze in 2018 and thrived as a solid live act in the Finnish rock club circuit. After a small hiatus, due to line-up changes and Covid-19-related cancellations, they are now working on their second album and offer the first taste of what Ratbreed sounds like in 2022. The song was mixed and mastered again at Soundspiral Audio by Swallow The Sun guitarist Juho Räihä. Cover art was made by Petri Lampela and ‘Master Of Deception’ video by Niko Sihvonen (Rocktografia).

Daedric returns with a somber official music video for their dark new industrial rock single ‘Coldharbour.’ Continuing where they left off with ‘Wretched’ Daedric pushes into a more cinematic rock direction. Directed by Brittany Davis, the music video contrasts dark and light themes, with an enigmatic, lack-robed wraith figure roaming a gloomy forest and an obscure face singing through folds of white fabric for an overall mysterious and mystical atmosphere. Featuring the sultry vocals of lead Kristyn Hope with provocative lyrics fused over synthesizers, pulsing drums, and heavy guitars, ‘Coldharbour’ is an ethereal soundscape with an overall somber but fierce atmosphere faceted with intensity till the last cold hard beat. Mixed by heavily sought-after producer Joey Sturgis, known for his work with some of the biggest names in metalcore such as Of Mice & Men, Asking Alexandria, and We Came As Romans ‘Coldharbour’ is the fifth single to be released by the up-and-coming group. “’Coldharbour’ takes the energy established with ‘Wretched’ and pulls the listener into a whole new cinematic realm,” states Daedric. “The song further establishes Daedric as a multifaceted artist whose genre-bending sound and visual is a force to be reckoned with.”

The Sacramento-based quintet Graveshadow – who deftly mixes symphonic/gothic metal with elements and influences from a variety of styles to create something epic, progressive, melodic and powerful – release a brand-new music video for ‘The Betrayer’ from their recently released comeback album, The Uncertain Hour. The footage that comprises the clip was shot on the band’s recent west coast headlining tour from a show at Seattle’s Funhouse venue by Karl Whinnery, bassist from tour and labelmates Vintersea. “’The Betrayer’ was written with the intention of continuing the more power metal direction that was introduced with the release of [the first single] ‘Gwynnbleidd,’” explains guitarist Aaron Robitsch. [Guitarist] Will also wanted to make more use of guitar harmonies, and I think this song showcases that well. It also continues a theme we have become known for — lyrics about World of Warcraft.” “This song became an early favorite of mine during the recording process. Aaron worked out the idea to have a video shot while we were on tour and the fantastic Karl Whinnery from Vintersea helped us out by shooting it,” states guitarist William Lloyd Walker. “Really happy with how it came out and a huge thanks to Karl for helping us put this together.”

North Carolina band, LYLVC release their most powerful new single ‘Undertow’ from their upcoming EP Perfect Drug, due out January 20, 2023. ‘Undertow’ continues LYLVC’s trend of breaking down barriers between genres and taking the best from hard rock, hiphop, and electronic music to create a unique and inventive sound. Co-lead vocalists Alyse and Oscar’s lyrics are emotionally charged and their powerful voices deliver the heartfelt vocals over the background of the band’s heavy instrumentation. LYLVC has delivered a thoughtful and intense visual performance in the video, under the direction of Digital Thunderdome’s Scott Hansen. Rife with straight-jackets, water torture, and horror themed imagery, the music video hammers the lyrical content home of being fighting through the pressures of life.

One thing is for sure: the world is ready and it demands new rock and metal heroes! APRIL ART climbing the ladder of success steadily throughout the last couple of months ain’t a secret anymore. With impeccable force, the up- and coming formation has been hopscotching across the European festival summer, acquiring a number of new fans after international gigs with Dark Tranquility and Ensiferum as well as slots at renowned festivals such as Rock Harz (Germany) or Alcatraz (Belgium) – packed with the best album in the world. This is exactly what they aspired to create with their sophomore record POKERFACE; of which a Deluxe Version will be available on September 30 – and the latest single ‘Try’ is a perfect attunement: “’Try’ is basically the essence of the whole album”, the group says. With ponderous metal riffs, a catchy hook and raspy vocals in flirt with rap elements, April Art manage to unify influences from Halestorm up to Rage Against The Machine to create what they can do the best: Their own damn thing!
