Naghmeh
Naghmeh (she/her), an Iranian-Canadian singer songwriter based in Tiohtià:ke/Montreal, has released her latest single, ‘Étoile filante’ (shooting star). This is the artist’s first French release, and was written during a meteor shower on a beach out in Cape Breton.
Naghmeh had this to say of the single: “If a Tree Falls in the Forest, and There’s No One Around to Hear It, Does It Make a Sound? The modern twist of this philosophical riddle goes something like: pics or it didn’t happen. Whether you answer yes or no, whether you think of it from a philosophical or scientific angle, does it really matter? The tree fell. That is a fact. In the era of smartphones and social media, the over documentation and oversharing of content, it often feels like people are living life for an audience. Life is a competition no one signed up for, and no one can tell if they’re winning or where the finish line is. Meanwhile, beautiful things are always happening around us. We are surrounded by love, miracle, and joy. We are love, miracle and joy. We can choose to live in this unwinnable competition, seeking validation for our existence and experiences from those who may not even notice us. Or we can bask in our own glory, like a carefree shooting star.”
meliss
meliss releases her new single ‘under my skin’, the second track from her upcoming debut EP emotional hangover. Honest, conversational and full of feeling, meliss brings you indie pop bops to pull you out from under the covers and shout into your pillow.
‘under my skin’ is the conflict of head and heart, confessing the intimate daydreams and harsh realities of watching an ex move on. With exposed verses that transform into freeing pop choruses, meliss takes us through her full stream of consciousness, admitting the failures and fantasies of a second-chance romance.
meliss says “It might not be a good idea, but it’s an honest feeling. That’s what this song is for me. I think we can beat ourselves up for having these confusing thoughts about someone, and this song lives in that grey area of hating some parts and missing others.”

Anya Anastasia
South Australian artist Anya Anastasia makes alternative art-rock with experimental folk flair and a nod to hypnotic psych. Anya makes her deeply considered follow-up to debut EP Dissenter with the release of new single ‘Two Halves’ which strides out in succinct indie-rock form as the lead single from her upcoming album Everspring.
‘Two Halves’ draws on an urgent desire to shed the filters of adulthood and re-kindle the awe, wonder and emotional connection with the natural world that we all experience as children. Created on Peramangk Country in the Adelaide Hills, the release of ‘Two Halves’ heralds a crystallisation of Anya’s distinctive sound, which is strongly grounded in its own locality and era, evoking textures of her local ‘inner-regional’ remnant bushland, infused with late-stage-capitalism-anthroposcene angst throughout.
Anya says, “I meticulously craft and layer my music, intended as hymns of awe at the monumental power of the natural world to which we all belong and are shaped by. Our relationship with nature is so bizarrely distorted and fractured by modern society. I try to capture and reflect that too, in order to smash it apart, and remember the things I instinctively knew when I was young, yet somehow forgot.”
CHRLI
CHRLI is a London-based singer-songwriter blending an impulse of sounds to tell genre-bending stories rooted in identity and transformation.
Of Saint Lucian and Irish descent, her music explores spiritual growth, emotional depth, and the chaos of self-discovery with vivid lyricism and a fearless experimental edge. Chrli’s work lives between the intimate and the surreal — inviting listeners to journey with her through themes of alienation, empowerment, and desire.
Her latest project, MANTRA, reflects this evolution through both sound and visuals, cementing her as a multidisciplinary artist to watch.
The EP opener and spiritual anchor, ‘Mantra’, is a meditative track calling for alignment and clarity. With airy melodies and a hypnotic rhythm, the song functions as both a sonic grounding point and a thematic north star for the project — setting the tone for the journey ahead.

Regan Vincenza
After seven years away from releasing music, Regan Vincenza is back with ‘Glitter Party,’ a spirited pop anthem that serves as both a declaration of independence and a celebration of artistic freedom.
‘Glitter Party’ is Vincenza’s response to years of being dismissed and underestimated in the music industry. The infectious pop track channels influences from Britney Spears to ’90s duo Shampoo while maintaining a distinctly personal edge. The chorus refrain— “Glitter party, glitter party, glitter party, yeah, I’ll do whatever I want, fuck you I don’t care” —captures the song’s rebellious spirit and marks a definitive moment of artistic liberation.
“The term ‘glitter party’ is really a metaphor,” explains Vincenza. “It’s like saying, you know what, I’ve had enough of all this rubbish. I’m never going to live up to your ludicrous expectations. I’m throwing it all up in the air and I’ll just have fun. Now there’s no one around me critisicing my voice, musical taste, clothes I wear, the words I use. It’s about the demise of everything that held me back.”
Rejection Radio
In the early eighties, the Rotterdam band Rejection Radio began as Ton CS, with Peter (guitar), Ruud (bass), and Ton (drums). When Nelly joined as lead singer in 1983, the line‑up gained its defining voice. In 1991, the band briefly became Indecision, reflecting uncertainty about a name. By 1992, the group embraced the title Rejection Ratio, a name that continues to define their indie rock and new wave sound from Rotterdam.
The first single from their album Acceptance Quotum Resonance is ‘Love is Like Heaven’. “Our sound blends raw ’80s/’90s emotion with rock, new wave, and post‑punk influences,” says Nelly. “Here’s the twist: we actually recorded this song back in 1997, inspired by the English acts we grew up with. But we never released it until now — because today, its themes and energy feel more relevant than ever.
“The lyrics tell about someone who uses people and discards them. It does seem to be happening more often. This trend is linked to broader social changes. I also think that expressive and emotional singing is needed again in today’s musical landscape because singing with your heart is important. We didn’t use autotune or pitch correction.”

SIRENS
Scottish two-piece band SIRENS release their debut single ‘Envy’. Blending ethereal atmosphere, haunting vocals and ambient tones with emotionally resonating lyricism, the track sits comfortably amongst the likes of Daughter, Mitski and Aurora, with a visceral emotional attachment in each word.
‘Envy’ was written from a place of stress and chaos, capturing the boiling point of frustration, looking for an outlet to release a racing mind without putting a burden on loved ones.
“We always talk about escaping to the middle of nowhere to hide in the trees when life is stressful. A walk in the woods feels like therapy in a way, as a brain detox, so when writing envy, the lyrics came naturally as we have had the conversation so many times before,” says the duo.
“Musically, we wanted to create a sound where you could close your eyes and escape into the song (when you can’t escape to the forest). With so many layers in the song you can listen to it differently each time and pick out things you never noticed before.”
Run Remedy
Run Remedy is the alt-indie project of Robin Koob — an ex-evangelical violinist turned genre-bending sad girl with a sharp sense of humour. Raised in New Jersey church choirs and string quartets, now based in Manchester, UK, she creates raw, dreamy tracks blending shoegaze, folk, and experimental pop with diaristic lyrics and wry charm.
Her 2025 debut album Xtian Skate Night is out now. Whether exploring religious trauma or secret crushes, Run Remedy balances vulnerability and playfulness in a sound that’s heartfelt, offbeat, and unmistakably her own.
Robin had this to say on the title track: “‘Xtian Skate Night’ is my queer-realization banger, inspired by thirteen-year-old me—a pastors’ kid in suburban Jersey—crushing on a girl at a Christian roller-rink night, with an outro celebrating my rainbow-family’s own awakening stories.”

Celia’s Sensitive
Celia’s Sensitive is the intimate indie-pop project of Seville-based artist and producer Celia. Her music blends soft electronic textures, delicate guitars and vulnerable, emotionally honest lyrics about love, sensitivity and human connection. Inspired by artists like Lorde and Lana Del Rey, Celia creates a warm and introspective sonic world. She is fully self-managed and responsible for the songwriting, production, visuals and artistic direction of her project.
Her latest single is ‘Feel My Love’ – an ethereal indie-pop track about healthy love, emotional safety and the calm that comes from a relationship built on trust. With atmospheric production and intimate vocals, it marks a new, more mature phase of the project. This is cut from Endless Summer Love, her second EP also out now.
Lulu Robles
Lulu is a singer-songwriter passionate about storytelling through music. Writing songs has been her way to find and understand herself, and to connect with others through honesty and emotion.
Lulu has explored genres such as pop/folk, pop/rock, and indie pop. She draws inspiration from artists like The Lumineers, Oasis, Alanis Morissette, Taylor Swift, and Charlotte Cardin. Her greatest motivation is to create songs that accompany people, just as she’s found comfort and connection in the music of other.
Her new single is called ‘ME.’ It’s a bilingual indie pop track about self-pressure and not feeling enough.
