With a voice that moves and melodies that paint landscapes, Danish indie folk singer-songwriter CECILIE now truly steps into the spotlight as a solo artist with her debut single ‘Kaleidoscope.’

‘Kaleidoscope’ was created in the heart of Lisbon and is the result of an international collaboration with Portuguese producer and multi-instrumentalist João Sampayo and Italian fingerstyle guitarist Edoardo Cavazzoni.

The song springs from an inner longing and a courageous decision: to follow the heart—no matter where it leads. With an open suitcase and an open mind, Cecilie traveled to Lisbon in 2023. A magical street jam at 4 a.m. changed everything. She felt a clear sense that it was there—in Portugal’s warm night air and vibrant music scene—that she would find the connections and creative partnerships she had been searching for. Six months later, she took the leap, bought a one-way ticket to Lisbon, and began her true journey as a solo artist.

‘Kaleidoscope’ is exactly about that: daring to let go and step into the unknown. It’s a song about hope, courage, and surrender—an invitation to follow the flow and reach for the stars.
