Bristol trio Masca lay their souls bare on new single ‘Love Letters’, which is the title track of their forthcoming debut album and is out now via Cold Hard Bangers.

Vocalist and guitarist Christina Maynard says “it’s a love letter – along with all the other songs we’ve ever written – to music. It also details our worries and the feeling that we’re running out of time to be able to continue with music.” Ultimately, that’s a position that all-too-many supremely talented musicians end up in – weighing up the risk and reward of putting it all on the line to pursue a career in music as it becomes harder and harder to carve out a living in the sphere.
