‘Shapeshifter’ is the first offering from (NON)ENTITY, the 2nd EP from Brighton’s fakeyourdeath, set for release on March 13.

Following 2024’s null/void, their latest offering continues to combine intense electronic and industrial sounds with post-hardcore influences. Produced by Wayne Adams (Petbrick, Big Lad, Wasted Death).

“’Shapeshifter’ is a song about regaining power and self-worth after years of masking and pretending to be someone else, just to fit in. It’s the story of unmasking and being unashamedly yourself, whatever the consequences may be. I hope it inspires others to be brave and to ignore the haters – they are boring anyway,”  says Candi Underwood, vocalist.
