Lucy Robinson, formerly known as nicha, formerly known as Lucy Robinson is very indecisive. Her latest release ‘Reverie’ has been in the pipelines for months. Written over the first lockdown period it’s her response to working with a terrible manager who made her feel like she was out of control of her music and that she was merely a passenger on the bus that he was driving.
‘Reverie’ represents escaping the confides of someone or something that’s tying you down and the feeling of euphoria that comes with making a difficult decision that’s good for you. Along with this release, Lucy has decided to let go of her pseudonym, nicha. This is the final tie that she wants to cut between her and her old manager.
