Raised as a preacher’s daughter and shaped by religious trauma, bipolar disorder, and a now very public divorce from a fugitive ex, NESYA is building a world that sits between darkwave, post-punk, and trap-pop… what she calls “heartbreak you can dance to.”

New single ‘PUT THE FRIES IN THE BAG.’ is the clearest entry point yet. She wrote it in the middle of that unraveling and instead of going heavy, she went absurd.

“It’s proof that sometimes the dumbest idea can be the thing that makes you want to dance again… or just eat some fries,” she says.

Produced by Kill Dave, the track leans into deadpan chaos with a hypnotic, industrial-tinged beat carrying lyrics that feel equal parts prophecy, meme, and emotional release.
