Irish indie-pop weirdo, ROE, releases heartfelt indie pop single ‘The Moment’s Gone’ ahead of Workmans Dublin Headliner on May 22.
ROE says on the single: “This song is about falling into a routine and trying to claw your way back out. There were a few months at the start of last year where no matter how hard I tried I couldn’t get out of the daze I was in. I didn’t want much of anything and every day bled into the next.
“I watched a lot of movies during that time and Groundhog Day eventually made the cut. A weird and oddly specific connection was formed and shortly after ‘The Moment’s Gone’ was written.”
