Acclaimed singer-songwriter and producer Rosie Lowe continues to build toward her highly anticipated album Lover, Other, set for release on August 16 via Blue Flowers, with the launch of her brand new single, ‘Gratitudes’.
‘Gratitudes’ is a layered tapestry, with Rosie’s ethereal vocals dancing over a foundation of intricate percussion and soulful chords. The track unfolds with a hypnotic, twisting rhythm that pulls listeners into its orbit. Lowe’s airy voice glides through the harmonic top layers, creating an atmosphere that is both inviting and dreamlike. It’s a captivating blend of the familiar and the experimental, a sonic embrace that leaves a lasting impression.
“I’m a big believer in saying daily gratitudes to help shift my mindset. This is my ode to my morning ritual and a reminder to myself in times when I’m stuck in my head that there’s so much to be grateful for. The beat for this song came about in Berlin with D’Monk – we made it on his MPC in 15 minutes just before leaving the studio,” she says.
