Glasgow glittercore/alt-rock band Start From Scratch return with the dark and heavy ‘Forever On Your Grave’ for spooky season.

Here is what frontwoman Fennella had to say on the track: “‘Forever On Your Grave’ is a love song for the unhinged, a gothic ballad for anyone who’s ever loved so hard it turned into madness. It’s about devotion, obsession, and the kind of heartbreak that rots in your chest long after the person’s gone.

“When I wrote the lyrics, I was thinking about that blurred line between grief and desire, how sometimes we hold onto pain because it’s all that’s left of someone. There’s something darkly comforting about the idea of refusing to move on, of saying “fine, I’ll just sit here forever.”

“It’s melodramatic, it’s romantic, it’s absolutely over the top, and that’s exactly what makes it so delicious. This is our witchy funeral dirge, our 00s goth girl anthem, our haunting halloween single for spooks!”
