March 17 will see ELYSION release Bring Out Your Dead through Massacre Records. The album title is a metaphor, suggesting that extreme times are requiring extreme measures to get rid of everything rotten inside us and let the healing begin. Now, the band has shared a video for first single ‘Crossing Over’, as the band reveals: “There was no doubt we’d choose this song to be ELYSION’s very first official video clip ever, as the song represents our distinctive musical identity 100%. ‘Crossing Over’ is a sound statement for our band, one that anyone who has been following us through the years will probably relate to. This song is quite personal too, as it praises the crossover one has to make in order to break away from your personal demons, to prevail over your self-destructive alter ego, and to find hope in life.“ [via Metal Shock Finland]

On the eve of their highly anticipated new album Dark Waters, metal maestros DELAIN gifted fans one more advance single, unveiling new track ‘Queen Of Shadow‘, together with a hauntingly beautiful official music video. The track merges the orchestral and synth-focused soundscapes DELAIN is known for. It weaves melodic heavy guitars that intertwine with orchestral lines and vocal melodies, marking another powerful example of the fresh new sound that presents the crystal clear voice of frontwoman Diana Leah – shining bright like the early morning sun of a yet untouched day. Supported by Paolo Ribaldini and instrumental expertise, the song displays all aspects and colours of their multifaceted spectrum – ranging from pop, to film score-inspired, to blistering, room shaking metal. Keyboardist, founder, and main songwriter Martijn Westerholt comments, “’Queen of Shadow’ is a classic example of pure DELAIN-style. Musically it has some really awesome things going on such as harmonic guitars and catchy melodies which are complemented by both the alluring and powerhouse vocals of Diana and our guest singer Paolo.” [via Metal Planet Music]

After releasing their latest record, Deceivers, last year to critical acclaim, extreme metal masters Arch Enemy have returned with a new video for the track ‘Poisoned Arrow’. The clip, which was produced by Mirko Witzki of Witzki Visions, can be seen below. Arch Enemy guitarist Michael Amott comments: “I almost can’t believe we’re releasing a seventh (!) video off our recent Deceivers album. Yet here it is, ‘Poisoned Arrow’, a mid-tempo track drenched in melodic guitar work and a somewhat different vibe overall compared to the other singles we’ve had out. The video was shot in Berlin, Germany during a hectic whirlwind schedule with director Mirko Witzki and his talented crew — they even made it snow in the middle of the sweltering German summer heat!” [via Blabbermouth]

Los Angeles rock band TemperMental have unveiled the music video for their recent single ‘Get Out’. The visual, which can be seen below, was directed by GABB Productions, who did visuals for Steelheart and Chuck Wright’s Sheltering Sky. The team previously worked with TemperMental on their music video for ‘Come With Me.’ TemperMental have been putting the finishing touches on their debut album, which is set to be released soon.
