Singer-songwriter Avery Lynch reveals her new single, ‘Rain,’ today via RECORDS. Following her As Written, Vol. 2 project, a collection of reimagined fan-favorites and new tracks presented in their most stripped-back form, Avery returns with a track that is both achingly personal and powerfully cinematic.

“I wrote ‘Rain’ about a time when my boyfriend and I were broken up and I was asked on a date by someone else,” Avery explains. “It recounts everything I was experiencing—where I was, what I felt, and what I wanted. It means a lot to me and it’s so cool to see how much it means to others, too.”
