Indianapolis-based modern alternative artist and songwriter FRANK releases her explosive new single, ‘In Limbo’, today.
‘In Limbo’ was co-written by FRANK and Owen Thomas (Kishi Bashi, The Band Perry, Dream Chief), produced by Thomas, and mixed by Geoff Swan (Charli XCX, Ed Sheeran, Caroline Polachek). Against a powerful sonic backdrop of heavy grunge and industrial rock, the single explores the artist’s visceral observations on the lingering strangeness that accompanies the souring of a close relationship.
‘In Limbo’ is influenced by Dante Alighieri’s 14th century poetic interpretations of Purgatory, using these writings as metaphoric inspiration for the feelings contained in the song.
‘In Limbo’ is the first single from FRANK’s forthcoming new EP, which will be released this summer. She will be performing select tour dates throughout 2026, including debut performances in Los Angeles and Chicago.
