Irish newcomer Hayleon prepares to mesmerise with the release of her impressive debut single ‘Warrior’, out today.

Combining influences of Scandi-pop and traditional Irish folk, Hayleon creates a unique mix of synthetic and organic music. The combination of sounds including fiddle, low whistle and the ethereal production enables Hayleon to create a sound that will undoubtedly stand out.

Talking about the single, Hayleon explains, “’Warrior’ is about female relationships and how amazingly supportive and wholesome they can be. The flip side of that is how toxic female relationships can be, both physiological and emotional. This song deals with the loss and pressure of a female relationship. We expect mothers to be a sanctuary but some women won’t take this life trajectory. Ultimately we save ourselves from these bad relationships.”
