The inimitable producer, vocalist and creative powerhouse KUČKA has released a new single taken from her upcoming electronic saccharin album Can You Hear Me Dreaming?, set for release on July 12 via LUCKYME®.

The new single, titled ‘Heavyweight’ comes alongside a bright music video that follows a devilish KUČKA on a bicycle, meandering through the heavily trafficked suburbs of LA. Carrying demonic wings on her back as she rides under the harsh Californian sun, all the while the bright bold lyrics cut across the screen: “I’M A HEAVYWEIGHT” flash in technicolour in time to the cold synths and KUČKA’s sharp, yet sticky-sweet soprano vocals.

She says on the track: “’Heavyweight’ has a devil-on-your-shoulder quality to it. That cheeky voice telling you you’re the champion (of your own delusions).” KUČKA herself is that devil, whispering sweet affirmations into your ears.
