Chicago-based garage rock duo wht.rbbt.obj (pronounced “White Rabbit Object”) release their latest single, ‘Unlucky 13,’ today.

Originally written in early 2019, ‘Unlucky 13’ was the first song the band ever created together, marking the beginning of their journey. The married couple, Frank and River, who had previously made a “no comment” rule on each other’s music, broke that silence when River insisted on improving a bass riff Frank had been working on. This moment of creative collaboration sparked the birth of ‘Unlucky 13,’ which was initially demoed and aired on Chicago’s WKQX Q101 within weeks.

Since then, wht.rbbt.obj has released multiple singles and two EPs to critical acclaim. Now, the duo has revisited and perfected ‘Unlucky 13,’ bringing the track back to its rightful place at the forefront of their catalog.
