Singer-songwriter jo from school strips everything back on ‘Weight’, the closing track from her forthcoming debut EP Grace, Flair & Distance. Built around nothing more than an acoustic guitar and Jo’s beautifully understated vocal, the song proves just how powerful simplicity can be. As Jo explains, “It’s a soft and heavy song, and my favourite to play live.”

With its gentle acoustic arrangement, ‘Weight’ allows the songwriting to take centre stage.
