Montreal duo Mayfly have shared their soul quenching indie R&B single ‘Pretty Ending,’ available now. The track will be highlighted on Mayfly’s debut album, due out in early 2023 via Duprince. The dreamlike song expresses a deep desire to get out of something toxic before it goes too far.

“The inspiration for this song sparked from us listening to other female singers evoking this ‘girl power’ energy,” says the duo. “The essence of ‘Pretty Ending’ is to encourage you to spare yourself unnecessary hurt by trusting your gut when you know something isn’t right.
