A blistering yet catchy anthem with shades of the likes Don Broco and Biffy Clyro, ‘Discipline’ is an instant earworm propelled forwards by its thunderous basslines and powerful riffs.

Showcasing a heavier side to the band than ‘Phoenix’, ‘Discipline’ fizzes with an immense gritty energy as front woman Alana’s raw, seething vocals rage throughout. Reflecting on the personal feelings of guilt and frustration that can come with struggling with everyday tasks whilst being aware of the scrutiny the world is under right now, it offers a cathartic impassioned release. Of the meaning behind the track, Alana expands:

“I often become overwhelmed by mundane tasks, but ultimately my world isn’t falling apart and this was written to remind me that it’s really not that big of a deal, to be grateful, and to simply have some discipline.”
